Yay 5:2 Fast Diet .... Headed to 160#, and then the maintenance phase begins ...almost there ...

The other five days you should eat at or less than your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) ... Eating more calories than you need will cancel some of the effect of the fast days, but it's ok to exceed the numbers by small amounts ... Even if you eat 1000 cals on a Fast Day, you will still lose weight ...
