I have my own battle with the iron monster that lives in my bathroom. 100 lbs is quite an accomplishment.

Good for you. Hope you're feeling good and taking care of yourself; you've most likely added a few years to your life.

having fought that fight on a continuing basis. I know how hard it was and how proud you are.. Once lost 113 lbs. in 9 months. After I retired I kinda let that slip away. From election till about March was particularly harmful. I can't take it off like I used to but have lost about 45 lbs. since middle of March. Keep up the good work.

My neighbor had it done last January and her goal was 100 in a year. I think she reached it because I hardly recognize her, she looks so svelte.

I'm six pounds away from that target and it's only been 6.75 months.

I'm hoping to hit that target fairly soon.

He thinks that under 200 is definitely doable.

And I can fit in to Bond villain shirts now. Along with pants that would have been physically impossible to fit into just six months ago.

I'm currently working on my own weight and have dropped more than 10 lbs since Jan 1. I joined weight watchers because other methods had failed me. It's working for me!

your weight loss is your continued job now

I had BPD/DS in March of 2005. (Bilio-pancreatic diversion with a duodenal switch). I weighed in on March 15 @ 305 lbs. (female)

Today on the scale I'm 132 lbs.
I've maintained that all these years. One year after surgery I weighed 141 lbs.
It's not been an easy road. But it is worth it.
If you have any questions feel free to send me a message.

Wishing you good health
