The 800-gram challenge

This is about improving your diet, not losing weight, but looks interesting enough to try out. The goal is simply to eat 800 grams (about 1.76 pounds) of fruits and vegetables every day. I tend to not eat enough vegetables, so I’m going to give it a try. There are rules.

heat for several hours every day you need more, especially carbs. Maybe a wintertime-style eating change??
