I want to get a smart watch, but can't figure out what the 2 digit numbers one above the other mean in ads?

I guess it's so common knowledge everyone else knows.
I see displays of 20 over 36 so it can't be a time display.

8:36.

IDK why they would use military time in an ad. Most people use standard time in the US

I’ve had fitbits for years but now that google owns them I’ll probably go a different way when the current one needs replacing.

What is it you want to get out of it?
I usually pay attention to steps and active minutes mostly. It also tracks sleep, HR, Resting HR, O2.

You kind of need to take all these devices as a general view. Not super accurate.

Looks like active minutes over daily goal.

Some of the others like with the big 08 over 30 is just a goofy way of displaying time.

Now I know how long it takes for an average miles. I can look at the time and know how far. Much easier.

Steps, heart rate, pulse ox, etc are usually smaller numbers. The ad might not be localized, so the watch is set to a 24hr clock for their home market and they are just reusing it for here.
