Tossed green salad w/romaine and gorgonzola. Cherry tomatoes, green pepper, red onion, cucumber.
Salmon w/brown sugar glaze.
Tart cherry kombucha.
Dessert is cherries over tapioca pudding. Decaf.

Cookies and brandy for dessert.

marinated in orange juice, lime juice, and the dregs of a bottle of Trader Joe's enchilada sauce, with fingerling potatoes and a romaine/blue cheese/pear salad. Maybe a square of chocolate for dessert.
ETA: came out pretty good, but the problem with these ad hoc recipes is that I'll probably never have the same combination of ingredients around again
