Cantalope cubes wrapped in prosciutto are the appetizer.
Poached salmon with herb-mayonnaise sauce and couscous. I poached the salmon with slices of orange, lemon, onion, peppercorns, and parsley.
Blueberry basil kombucha.
Dessert: Chocolate milkshake made with no sugar added, low carb chocolate ice cream.
French roast decaf.

In the crockpot all day … whistling out scented signals to me, and like a good dog I trot to the kitchen for the taste 😛
