(20,173 posts)It's a long story, but I used up part of a can I opened a couple days ago. Funny how the cat gets the tuna when it is first opened and I get the leftovers :/

My old kitty has been ailing. I opened a can to give her a tiny bit of juice and shreds. She has always liked things fresh, fresh, fresh. I am not so discriminating After 2 days, I can claim what's left

(12,721 posts)A week ago I started down the path to an apple pie, never made it, came to a fork in the road so I took it. I was too lazy to peel the apples so I sliced them up and fried them. Fried apples, always a good side dish or topping. I like them in the morning on toast.

Slice of zucchini-mozzarella bake with crusty bread. Kimchi on the side.
Also cottage cheese.
And off I go: three appointments today. It's sunny and I'd rather be gardening.
