4. Omelette

I was voraciously hungry this morning after yesterday's day-long work session for Earth Day, so I made a two-egg omelette with broccoli, zucchini, onion, and 2 kinds of sausage (chorizos was one). Also made sweet potato fries.

Decanted a new jug of kombucha and flavored it with strawberry.

Next up is decaf coffee with cream.

I still have lots to do, namely water plants in the greenhouse, but I sure intend to take my leisurely time about it. Nothing can describe the experience of having 70-90 science students per hour descend on a garden, all energetic about hauling compost, digging, lining garden paths with woodchips, pulling weeds, and planting.
