Just made 5-1/2 quarts of this liquid gold via pressure cooker.
Cleaned out the freezer and the frig.
And dayum! Tasty!
Undecided whether to just enjoy the stock by itself or pull out the soup recipes.

Filtered water
2 cloves smashed garlic
1 medium onion, halved
2-3 sprigs parsley
1 medium carrot, quartered
2 stalks celery, inc. leaves
1 vine tomato, halved
1 green bell pepper, quartered
Kosher salt
2 tsp peppercorns
8 bones from chicken legs
carcass of one roast chicken

still have some left in the freezer. I almost made soup Sat. kind of glad I didn't.
Maybe you can make some creamed chicken. That's one of my new favorites
