Good morning all, I want to thank Emile for covering for the last 6 weeks

Later today, I'll have iced coffee, cottage cheese, tomato, avocado and jalapenos.

to fill in. I woke up to a loud thunderstorm this morning and bolts of lightning.

6. Welcome back!

I had bacon, a cheese omelet and toast.

I prefer an egg over easy when I have bacon, but I read that with the bird flu, we should make sure eggs are fully cooked.

Lots of coffee today.
