2 packets sodium and glutin free chicken powder broth
1 bag boil in a bag rice .
chopped up steak .
cup of red wine . ( first time experiment
1 tblspoon of garlic powder .
1: minced onion
1: cup of red wine.
also several cups of water and the cooker on low. should last me several days .
