What's for Dinner, Fri., Sept. 6, 2024

Stuffed green pepper with ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, and herbs.

Sliced tomato with celigene and basil.

Pomegranate kombucha.

Dessert, later tonight, a tea biscuit with chocolate on top. Earl Grey tea.

BTW, I loved that sandwich this morning, the one that was like what you had last night.

Looks like you have induction cooking. I'm looking to switch over to that in the next few weeks.

7. I made fettuccini and sauce

I haven't had a chance to cook much, but got back to my friend's house early.
I used a jar of sauce, fresh mushrooms, mixed vegs, cut in some sausage. Topped it with a slice of pepperjack. Leftovers tomorrow.

I managed to cook the burgers perfectly today. Nice and juicy. Sesame-seed bun.

Lettuce, onions, pickles, ketchup and mustard on mine.

Garden salad on the side.

Freeze pop for dessert
