Turmeric cauliflower dip. It has tahini and fresh lemon juice in it; parsley, too.
I've bought all kinds of crackers to try with it. The stores are loaded with different kinds going into holiday season. Flatbreads, wheat crackers, and yesterday I found this interesting loaf of bread made with sunflower sprouts. I'll try all three of these with the cauliflower dip. Toast the sunflower bread.
Plus sliced cucumbers, carrots, etc.
Tabbouli is my main course. I happened to be working all day on Tues., with no chance to make anything to take with me, so something from Whole Foods salad bar was my lunch. It happened to be tabbouli and it was was pretty good, so I decided to make some.
If I get as far as dessert (I usually fall asleep before!), it will be something with blackberries. I found some beauties when I was out shopping yesterday. I think cake and some sweetened mascarpone on top, then the blackberries along with tea.

(24,145 posts)I bought some awhile back and put it in the fridge because it looked all runny and separated after a few days. I never opened it. Should I toss it?
And I'm thinking spinach pizza for dinner.

(19,181 posts)I might have some chili that my daughter made, going over later. I had a chicken dinner at her house with her Wed. night, and she sent leftovers home with me, which I had last night. Sure is nice not to cook every day, especially this week. It was busy for me.

(997 posts)Marinated wild caught gulf shrimp, air fried and served over a spicy hot marinara sauce and whole wheat penne. Trader Joes shredded vegan parm on top. Roasted seasoned zucchini spears and toasted baguette as the sides. A nice Cabernet paired nicely.
Mixed berry chia pudding for dessert.

(10,699 posts)I pulled one large basil plant from the garden and made a basil/pistachio pesto - there's plenty left to freeze, and there are still 3 more plants to process.
