Soup or really, more like a stew with Italian sausages, red and green peppers, tortellini, broccolini in tomato and chicken broth. Made this 2 days ago and it should have nicely combined flavors.
Half of a bagel (cheddar-jalapeno), toasted.
Cherry kombucha.
Chocolate chip cookie for dessert.

(1,317 posts)Squeeze the water out of a block of extra firm tofu and mash in a lg bowl. Mince equal parts celery, red pepper and red onion. Combine tofu and veggies. Add sliced black olives and chopped parsley. Combine with vegan mayonnaise, a couple T of Jax Tofu scramble spice, T of mustard, some pickle relish and s&p to taste. Spread Josephs lavash flatbread with homemade walnut-balsamic dressing (use whatever you like). Put a good helping of salad along the top of the wrap. Top with sliced tomatoes and whole romaine leaves. Roll up tightly from top to bottom. Getting started now. Wife made an apple pie for dessert. Organic decaf coffee to go along no caffeine for me after 12 noon.

(68 posts)With chorizo, chicken and shrimp.
We had to go out for shrimp, otherwise we had all the ingredients. With a foot of snow on the ground we really didn't want to but shrimp are worth it!
