In a while I'll make coffee, sour dough toast and a scrambled egg with melted cheddar on it.

I am on my second cuppa Java freshly ground. I made a chilaquiles plate with fresh fried tortillas, a brown egg, salsa from work (scratch kitchen) and fresh cilantro. All topped in a slice of havarty that melted real nicely. Good way to start the day. Sun is out in N Seattle.
