I have to go out on a few errands, so my plan is to stop by the place that has good eggrolls and buy a few for tonight's dinner.
My bulgogi turned out to be quite delicious, but it needs more sauce. I will make more sauce and have some of it, too. A little bowl of sesame noodles on the side.
Sliced cucumbers with red onion and Malden salt.
Can't do too much tonight in the way of cooking because I'm bringing in my ferns, and it's a lot of work spraying them off, finding them a spot in the house, then cleaning up the pot and watering it with a solution that inhibits gnats and other little flying pests. I think I have 8 large ferns!! Big job.
Dessert: maybe a small slice of chocolate pie.

(997 posts)Used red lentil lasagna noodles for the pasta layers. Silken tofu with sautéed onions, garlic and spices for the cheese layers. Steam-fired sliced zucchini, chopped red bell pepper, sliced cremini mushrooms, garlic, sweet corn, and spices for the veggie layers and homemade marinara sauce to hold it all together. Just took it out of the oven and needs to rest for 15 my . Might have a glass of Cabernet tonight, but it will put me to sleep so probably not. Cheers! 🥂
