What's for Dinner, Tues., Nov. 26, 2024

I'm experimenting with my air fryer tonight.

First up is crab puffs. They require wonton wrappers, cream cheese (reduced fat), and white crab meat.

Then I'm making zucchini fries. They will be coated with panko and parmesan after dipping them in egg.

Cherry kombucha.

Decaf tea and a Tate's cookie or two. A friend brought me a bag; special holiday flavor, chocolate with toffee.

has been making Thanksgiving pies. Family will all be here tomorrow for a Wednesday Thanksgiving.

Tonight she told me to find myself something to eat. So I think it will be something easy, brats and chips or a cheeseburger and chips.

Strawberry Jello with cool whip before bedtime.

Good Evening

Air fried wild caught gulf shrimp tossed in a homemade Greek salad dressing, steamed cabbage and mushrooms, and microwaved red potatoes split and topped with Trader Joe’s vegan tzatziki. Iced green tea with lemon. Cheers! 🥂

about half is a mix of ground beef/pork/lamb, and the rest is minced onions, carrots, celery, and bread crumbs.

Lunch and/or dinner tomorrow: leftover meatloaf, maybe as sandwiches
