Stopping at the Polish deli since I will be in the neighborhood. I am sure they'll have their stuffed cabbage rolls, so that's what's on my menu for the evening.
Peach kombucha.
Dessert: Raspberries on top of angel food cake with Greek yogurt. Caramel-black tea decaf.

(997 posts)Based on a meatloaf recipe where I substitute the ground meat with 2.5 cups of cooked lentils. Sweated in evoo: finely chopped onion, green pepper, and garlic. Mix with lentils, chopped walnuts, whole wheat bread crumbs, rolled oats, tomato sause, soy sauce, agave and spices. 15 minutes before done baking I spread chili sauce on top. As sides we had mashed rutabaga with butter and maple syrup and parsley smashed potatoes. Iced green tea with lemon. Cheers! 🥂

(38,087 posts)For my soup. Guess I will take a trip to the store tomorrow a.m. to see what they have.
A notable addition that made a difference was the cubed rutabaga. Also the black Lotus rice.
