These marshmallows were made with sour cherry and raspberry - just dark chocolate for them.

I also thought I could just coat one side, let it harden, and then dip them. Coating one side worked nicely, Dipping turned out not to be possible, so there was nothing else for it but to spread chocolate on each tiny, sticky, little side with an offset spatula.

By the way, myTraderJoe's has large, chocolate-dipped marshmallows rolled in crushed peppermint candies, should you have need.
