The Landlady had a Snoopy gig at the Empire State Building, (they wanted her to climb a ladder from the 102nd floor to the 103rd in the costume ala King Kong!). Meanwhile, I was in a contentious recording session all day, ugh.

Neither of us wants to cook so I'm having a sashimi combination and she's having a couple of special rolls, one with eel the other with salmon. Sake, of course!

For us tonight.

Pan seared chicken breasts with leeks and a white wine reduction sauce.

Fresh local asparagus roasted with a drizzle of garlic olive oil and salt and pepper.

Roasted brussel sprouts tossed in olive oil and fresh grated parmesan
