Wow! The air quality index is in the Moderate zone, this morning, so I can do yard/garden work!!

It's at 60. Earlier in the week it was above 180.

Guess who's mowing the back lot, this morning. Yesterday I wore a mask while mowing the house lawn - most uncomfortable but I thought it best since we were still above 150. I'll have one in my pocket, today, just in case I feel I need it. I might even do some weeding, at a FAR distance from the poison ivy.

It will be a relief to get that done because the grass is really getting high and there's more rain in the forecast.

in the behavior/presence of the ferals in your area due to the smoke?

So often they lounge around beneath the branches of the maple tree.

I have seen a couple of them, today.
