Merlin spent the night in his playpen. I got a good night's sleep

I put him in with a plate of food and didn't hear a single peep out of him, all night. This morning the plate was clean and he was patiently waiting for the hatch to be unzipped. He was met with another plate of food, which he cleaned up. Having him FINALLY off of the bottle is wonderful. As sweet as it is to watch him bottle feed, it's time consuming.

I brought him in to bed with me and he completely snuggled in, gave my face a wash and then suckled on my knuckle. Now he's out and about, exploring.

Although he seems to be very healthy, we will be headed back to the vet very soon. I'm hoping he's finally big enough to start getting his vaccinations.

Last night was our first cold night. I put the heating pad in Tiger‘s new little house. I didn’t see him all night though. I’m sure he was up here because his food was eaten. So I will be happy when I see him again, but I’m not worried sick yet.

I am glad to hear things progressing as they have. I hope the next vet visit bring positive reassurance!
