I am going to say it again, I suspect he may be related to the brothers. The head shape and ears are telling.

Out of the 6 kid cats I've had spayed or neutered, none ever came home with a cone and they were all pretty much healed up within days. Boudicca was the only one I had to take back for stitch removal because her skin was so thin, they had to use removable stitches rather than resorbable.

I was keeping watch on his nether regions and, honestly, by the 3rd day you would never have guessed he's just been neutered.

He goes back to the clinic for another vaccination on April 2.

I've never had to keep any dog or cat in a cone of shame after spaying or neutering.
