Does anyone here NOT know what happened on June 22, 1941?

Cartoonists had a lot of fun with the "non-aggression pact" (1939-1941). One cartoon showed a wedding with Hitler as the groom and Stalin as the blushing bride. Another showed them walking together, each smiling and holding a knife behind his back. Which one would stab the other first?

Delayed 6 weeks because of nasty partisan operations in Yugoslavia and Italian military failures in Greece, the critical delay had a costly effect on the German aims in World Word II.
