Related: About this forumNew baby goat!
He's about a week and a half old now, and just a little bundle of joy. He's already growing (still about the size of a Chihuahua), has just discovered jumping up and down off things, and that he has pogo sticks for legs (hilarious, but can't get a clip). Pure Nigerian, his name is Adam, son of Rachel. I will post Nancy's baby when she has it. She has the blue eyes, so hope baby does too.

(24,145 posts)When I bought them a few months ago. They're only a year old themselves. So an extra nice surprise to find at 11:00 at night! Even full grown Nigerians are tiny. Mama Rachel's head comes about to my knee.

(1,152 posts)One of my favorite vacations was a week spent at an AirBnB that was a farm full of animals. The baby goats followed me everywhere and demanded cuddles. It was AWESOME.

(34,387 posts)I have 2 blue eyed goats, one a pygmy and one a nigerian. They are closing out their lives, I am trying to keep them fit to last as long as possible. It has been a joy having them around, I will miss them terribly but sure enjoy looking at others who are just getting that springy step.

(24,145 posts)I'm debating on keeping this little guy intact to breed with those girls. They are Nigerian/Pygmy crosses.
Can you have too many goaties?
MuseRider
