(72,037 posts)i had a chuckle with your markings of "this side up". back, back in the day, there was a local band by that name. the band the other bands went to see at the 4am bars. with a very pretty (he) sax player with big hair before big hair was big hair.
hadn't thought of them in years.
thx. <3

(60,591 posts)that was a box my friend Jeff from MI sent me a single tomato plant in (hence the markings!).
Hot here past three days - garden nearly all planted...back to writing on Monday!

(72,037 posts)it really just got warm enough for me to trust planting. bobcat comes back tomorrow. or the tomorrow after that, or... and the load of leaf compost i was supposed to get isn't available, and......
but we carry on.
everything arrived just peachy. i think it is a fine method. so many people pack things tightly, not knowing that that is the best was to transmit shocks. all seemed happy.
heh, I am with you on the sleep thing

(22,651 posts)can't even have a chicken, sticks on the lawn or grass over 5 inches because of neighborhood Ass. tickets and fines. local over-regulation sucks.
