Today I decided to buy a new waste basket

I looked at Target, Home Depot, Lowe's and Meijer online and decided to go to Meijer because they had what I wanted most: cheap. LOL! Anyway, I got there and found several different kinds but for the life of me I couldn't get any of the lids to work properly; not one! Some of the waste baskets were step-on and some were the kind where you push the lid open. I finally got one I could live with if I never wanted to snap the lid closed. Then I decided to get some Greenies Dental Treats and Churu for the kitties.

I went to the self check-out because they only had one regular lane open and there were six or seven people in it. The worker there scanned the waste basket and I scanned the rest, paid and left. I got to the front door and realized that I hadn't put the bag with the cat treats in my basket so I had to go back to get it. Then I couldn't remember which check-out I had used so I got the worker to help me. She finally found it among the bags a family of four was filling up! I was so embarrassed! Talk about a senior moment! Yikes!

I forgot to hit "post" last night.

The senior moment thing, that is.

Most recent one is I took some great coupons to the store, got stuff in the cart, went through chekout, got to the car and discovered I had forgotten to use the coupons.

That was just last week.
