Fourth paragraph: Screen shots of what were purported to be the posts contained accusations against President Barack Obama and the Black Lives Matter movement.
How does someone of color that works under Battalion Chief Joe Salcedo feel they can advance on the content of their character?
There is a precedent on this type of social media attitude. Fire him.
I thought it was easy enough to understand why here. Clear enough?
It isn't like I've not been here before.

I'm aware of Steve's condition. We have had cordial PM's in the past. But I also know he is still capable of seeing right from wrong. And in my experience in dealing with loved ones who have suffered with similar circumstances, it is much better to fill their minds with love and understanding, than it is to fill their minds with hate and vitriol.
