Dallas Police sergeant files federal lawsuit accusing Black Lives Matter leaders of inciting anti-cop violence

A Dallas police sergeant has filed a federal lawsuit against Black Lives Matter leaders and others, blaming the movement for race riots and violence against police officers.

Sgt. Demetrick Pennie, president of the Dallas Fallen Officer Foundation and a 17-year law enforcement veteran, filed the amended complaint in federal court Friday. Conservative news site Breitbart published the lawsuit in an article that evening.

The listed defendants include not only those associated with the Black Lives Matter movement but public figures such as the Rev. Al Sharpton, Louis Farrahkan, George Soros, the New Black Panthers Party and even President Barack Obama and presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.

According to the suit, the defendants "have repeatedly incited their supporters and others to engage in threats of and attacks to cause serious bodily injury or death upon police officers and other law enforcement persons of all races and ethnicities."

The suit was filed by the POS Larry Klayman of Judicial Watch. They are claiming $500 million in damages. They'll get nothing, but it clogs the courts up with another vexatious lawsuit. The police sergeant is also showing his stupidity, but must be proud to show he is a racist.

National Police Union Endorses Donald Trump
Source: Huffington Post/Washington Post

A labor union representing more than 250,000 police officers officially endorsed Donald Trump for president on Friday.

The Fraternal Order of Police said its “member spoken,” and that the Republican candidate had locked down the necessary two-thirds support from the union’s board. The union’s president, Chuck Canterbury, said in a statement that Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton hadn’t bothered seeking the union’s backing.

“Obviously, this is an unusual election,” Canterbury said. “We have a candidate who declined to seek an endorsement and a candidate without any record as an elected official. Mr. Trump, however, has seriously looked at the issues facing law enforcement today. He understands and supports our priorities and our members believe he will make America safe again.”

Trump threatening the first female candidate for President. Honestly I am so over certain white people hating on Black Lives Matter.

I know no group is a monolith but it makes my heart sink when I see people of color support Trump or anything that right-wingers espouse.

For every white person I get to pay attention and agree with the issue of racism (I'm white), as soon as a black person essentially denies that racism exists, I lose 20 people I thought were coming around...lol.

Same thing when Latinos support Trump.

I know I'm responsible for educating white people and standing up to racism/supremacy/privilege, but I gotta say I'm at a loss as to how to respond when this kind of thing is thrown in my face. Honestly, I don't even know if it is my place to respond. It confuses the hell out of me.

I was listening to the Reverend Al's show today and between the ones who physically can't stand Secretary Clinton to the ones who just hate President Obama with a passion, I sometimes wonder how our community has made it this far
