a melanin-rich African and American woman. A long life is predicated on a deep abiding responsible ACTIONABLE love for the earth and all that's is in it including our fellow human beings.

We show our love for others through the policies we support.

This is Miss Virginia. She lived to be 113 because she never stopped hoping and loving on her fellow beings even during their worse moments. Her dancing with the first AfAm President and first AfAm First Lady made me cry because she was willing to hope thru her suffering not knowing she would experience this brief but extraordinary moment of joy.

and I cried like a baby at this video. What a treasure they all are! And what an inspiration Miss Virginia is and always will be.
