Not supposed to refrigerate Nutella. Trust me, I'm an expert on that delicacy.

And another side note - The Nutella here in France tastes differently than the Nutella in the US and the UK.

We can also find 'native' spreads that are similar and interesting.

4. Now that's interesting

I wonder why. Different type of chocolate I would assume. Having had French cuisine I would guess that their version is richer and tastier, or maybe the native ones are.

5. I believe that they tweak the recipe to accomodate local tastes.

More hazelnut for the Italians, more chocolate for the French, and more sugar for the English, and even more for the Americans.
