static major. Unlike science which changed constantly, History never changed so once you went to school, you could stop studying it and sit back and just teach the same thing every year. In science, if you did not keep up with your learning, you'd still be teaching about the 17 elements, the flat earth and the hundreds of stars in the universe.

Now History is like Science. You have to keep up with it every minute or you'll be teaching obsolete information to the maggots.

of all nationalities and ethnicities to get the true picture. There is much knowledge to be learned. There are many diaries that families would love to share. Then they can share what they learn through mediums that are not so easily disposed of.

If history is their love, I hope they don't just abandon pursuing it another way....especially if they're in Floriduh. The children that have to go to school there, are going to get more ignorant of the facts each generation. Very sad.

The only good to come out of the book banning issue, is that it has encouraged me to read as many of them as possible as soon as possible.
