I understand how the entry form is supposed to work. It seems to be a sort of word-type document with some pull down menus, and it's not remotely obvious to me what to do with that form.

You can open it in Word then as an editable document.

I click on the "Download entry form here" and I get what sort of looks like a word document with
Launch Pad Entry Form 2014.doc at the top, and file edit view help underneath that. Those are pulldown menus. Nothing which tells me what information they want or anything. What am I missing?
