I have an acquaintance who is trying to write a memoir

and wants to connect to a writing group of some kind to help her out.

She'd be good with one in either Albuquerque or Santa Fe. Does anyone here know of any such group?

1. I found my writing critique group through Meetup.

She might try other social media. Also there are writers' organizations that sometimes sponsor or list critique groups. With the right group & the right attitude her writing will improve dramatically.
