Being a west coast kid, I was rooting for UCLA. This was a huge TV event in 1968. The networks have oversaturated us with
"big" games today and nothing seems as special as this one was.

The Astrodome game was the first nationally syndicated game. The 88 game win streak was at Notre Dame with Adrian Dantley.
