HARRY & SALLY:
Based on our observations, this is the 4th year for Harry and Sally to raise
a family in Moorings Park, Naples, FL. At 6 years of age, they both are very
experienced parents, Harry a good fisherman and Sally a very caring and
cautious Mom. The average life expectancy for ospreys is 7-10 years

THE CAMERAS:
Two cameras, one of which is a spare, are positioned at 46 feet elevation,
angled 40 degrees downward into the nest. An ambiance camera is
positioned on top of an 8 story residential tower, 145 feet from the nest. It
will be used again once the chicks start to fledge to provide a larger aerial
view. We have developed a Picture in Picture system to show actions with
both cameras simultaneously.

(Slo mo and regular footage) Nice lift off and perfect landing as Abby the first one to hatch at the Moorings Park Osprey nest on March 3rd., took a nice lap around the nest this morning at 8:28 AM Eastern Daylight Time. 5. Victor's Morning Workout 5/11/2023

Some nice morning workouts by Victor, here is a short clip of one of those. Enjoy these majestic wings of wonder. Abby the first to hatch on March 3rd is flying in and out practicing skills and spending time on the nest eating with Victor. Abby's first flight was on May 8th. Victor very soon will take some flight laps around the nest area and back.
