(21,020 posts)although I will inwardly cheer for the 49ers to win because:
1. I despise the Ravens. I had hope for them once after Brian Billick left, but they are just as nasty (IMO) as ever.
2. I would like to see Randy Moss get a ring. I never had a problem with him when he was with NE. He's more than likely a future Hall of Famer, and I think he deserves a ring.
GO San Fran!

(32,234 posts)Ugh......I knew him from his Viking days, didn't like him then can't stand him now.......no, I'll be watching some boring moving on Lifetime.

(21,020 posts)lots of people can't stand him.
I just sense something beneath the exterior that makes me not hate him.
Maybe it's that he physically resembles my own son, and has the same sort of complex personality thing going on.
Anyway, I don't think anyone can deny that he was one of the most feared wide receivers in the NFL. The guy had almost freakish abilities when he chose to use them.

(15,933 posts)why wasn't the Raven who pasted the Patriot with that vicious hit to the helmet penalized? I forget their names but man! That was a helmet to helmet if I've ever seen one and it wasn't flagged or talked about

(21,020 posts)I saw that and thought WTF??????
I was only able to stand watching to about halfway through the first quarter before leaving the room.
Came back at halftime for a bit
When Aquib Talib left the game with an injury, that's when I knew for sure they would lose

(29,354 posts)The only time I ever rooted for NE in a Super Bowl was in '07 just because I wanted to see Moss get a ring.
I personally don't understand the lack of interest. The 49ers are a great team with an innovative running game, strong passing (Kaepernick has the highest YPA in the league), and great defense. If you like good football, why not watch a team that plays good football? I'm a Cardinals fan but respect the hell out of SF.
