This IMO is a good hire by owner Marc Davis.

Go, Raiders. Back to real Raider football instead of who knows what that was McDaniels was serving up to last year and a half.

Marc Davis, in my opinion, is a spoiled brat who knows very little about football, but happened to inherit an NFL franchise from from his genius dad.
But you know what they say, even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while. I hope for Raiders fans' sake, Al Davis' kid found a good nut this time.
