I am rediscovering why I really do not play online games

apart of the fact that I am stuck on a quest, and cannot bring the baddie down, I really find it to be work, and a time sink.

Frustrated to say the least.

but Elder Scrolls is kicking my but. I really have no concept of the foreign language either, or the controls.

I'm not super-experienced, believe me, but it doesn't seem that difficult to me. What foreign language are you even talking about? I did notice that some folks said they saw NPCs speaking German, but that's a mistake.

the actual distribution happens to be, so quite possibly, if you are on the European server, you will see them speaking German, and French too

I'll make a tank. Then we will kick some ass. You need a good tank for hard dungeons. You need a great tank for really hard dungeons, and a really good healer. That way all of the dps folks can blast the shit out of whatever the problem is without being harassed.

I can't wait for Tropico 5 to come out. That's one of my favorite building games

Have you ever played the Tropico series (anything but the 2nd which was more a pirate adventure than building).

It's a great game and fun politics since basically you're playing the role of a Caribbean dictator building an economy.

T4 was awesome so hoping for good things with T5

But I've heard good things about them and thought I might give it a try.

Thanks for the response.

I think I'm just going to sit that one out. I'm an obsessive Morrowind/Oblivion/Skyrim fan, don't get me wrong, but I just can't fathom TES as an MMO.

can be addictive, the story line is interesting... enough to keep my attention. (Hey one character is all the way to level 21)

We also got a background book (not for ESO, I think it was the previous incarnations), and my lord, that is how you do background. That book is beautiful.

(I am a sucker for background though, since I write them too)

Definitely a big reason I go book hunting in Skyrim and just sit on the back porch of my character's mansion and just read them all.

I found it on Amazon... normally they go for 100 buckaroos, since this was printed in 2011 it was 50, so I jumped on it, and I am glad I did. The art is amazing, and the maps actually can be used in game.
