Euro 2016: Wales finishes at top of Group B in the group stage!

http://www.fifa.com/live-scores/uefaeuro/news/newsid/280/284/5/index.html

THE DAY REPLAYED - Wales capped off a memorable UEFA EURO 2016 group stage campaign by brushing Russia aside 3-0 to finish top of Group B, eliminating their opponents in the process. The Welsh leapfrogged neighbours England in the table after Roy Hodgson’s side were unable to find a way past a dogged Slovakian defence in a 0-0 draw.

The day’s results
Russia 0-3 Wales
Slovakia 0-0 England

In theory that ought to be OK for both Wales and England, but the small countries have upset the form book so far.

How do you think Wales would do on penalties?

I think Bale would be a good shot for sure, but I don't know enough about the other players.

It's funny that you say "small countries have upset the form book." I think I would include Wales in that category too.

I like Norn Iron, but as you can see from my logo, I'm a Wales supporter all the way.

I would like to see England pull through though, too.

but not quite as small as Northern Ireland - and Bale is world class.

I can't face the thought of England going out to Iceland on penalties. It'd be better to lose in normal time than that.

It could well happen - it all depends on if Portugal play to their potential. They've been hit and miss in the tournament. Congrats to all the Welsh!
