Cancer and chart - is there anything in a person chart to indicate they will have cancer
or health issues

The 4th house is the natural "Cancerian" chart in all charts. It is the house of "The end of matters"; often reflecting death
as a finality, whereas the 8th house (the Scorpion chart) indicates death and rebirth.
In my understanding, as Saturn travels through all 12 houses, there comes a time when the soul must empty, give up on the old
self and reflect. Then, Saturn crosses the ascendent. Approximately from that time Saturn spends approx. 6-8 rebuilding a new self.
If that new self isn't constructed with renewed faith, when Saturn gets to the 4th house it can bring death IN SOME MANNER.
Many people die many times inside while the body lives on. Do not be afraid of anything in your chart if you think you're going
to die. Most likely, you do need to consult a professional astrologer to really tell of strain.
NO ASTROLOGER OR PSYCHIC SHOULD EVER DISCUSS THE CLIENTS DEATH WITH THEM IN ANY WAY. IT IS UNETHICAL.

weeks? months? years? inquiring minds and all that. Trying to figure out when Saturn crossed my Virgo ~20degree ascendant, lol. I don't think I successfully built a new me, but I've still got a couple houses to go 
Just yesterday, someone commented on my chart in an astrology forum that my daughter and I need to watch our health this year because it's possible I'll get lung cancer! 
I've spent the day trying to forget i read that.

What kind of maroon would ever ever say something as horrible as that to a perfect stranger? As Rick said, no ethical astrologer would ever do that...telling someone to watch their health is one thing (acceptable)....
i always tell people that since i am NOT God i have no idea of when anybody is going to die...it's above my paygrade lol...
Ironically, the worst health thing that every happened to me came at a time of such lucky transits that i was planning on going to a casino...instead i almost died....the lucky thing is that i won my life lol...
To totally know all matters of life and death one would have to be completely familiar with all the karmic details of a person fate and that is decided on other levels...maybe some people can do that, but i can't; and honestly, i wouldn't want that burden...
Sweet Freedom, everything good is coming your way...accept those rewards from the Universe and blow off the bullshit...a little knowledge is indeed a dangerous thing!! Enjoy!
It was a "watch your health" comment, but they singled out my lungs and specifically mentioned lung cancer, which did freak me out a bit because I used to smoke. I'm just going to try and forget it and focus on moving to my new home instead.

I was just reading a newsletter about feng shui and it said not to have your bed in a certain direction in certain corners of the house or something bad could happen to your children!
It startles the mind, but we just have to be dismissive and as for me I'm hittin the delete button.

And you're right about serenity and chaos. It's such a wonderful feeling to know exactly where everything is and that it's in its place. I'm always surprised when people surround themselves with chaos and then wonder why their world is chaotic.
Nothing like trying to bring serenity and good energy into your world and then being hit with something like that.

And I'm sure she is stressed -- in an exciting, not-sure-what-the-future-holds sort of way. We sold our home and are closing and moving to the city on July 8, so she's leaving behind her friends, home and community. She was accepted to a prestigious high school and knows that college is right around the corner, so there's a lot of pressure there. Plus, it looks like I got that job (I'm just waiting for the offer letter), so I'm going to be leaving behind the security of a long-time career to go into a whole new field, which means longer hours for me...and they want me to start right away on August 1.
Hell, now that I think about it, I'm stressed too!
