Today after complaining about not hearing from someone about something...I get an email after many months. Coincidence?

Yet at the same time I'm disconnected from using words in the correct way,trying to reach for words and having trouble..(well, haha not now)...This morning I wake up with my hand and wrist possibly asleep?... tingling and also twitching later on...WEIRD!

My daughter, remarks..." Mom, you're really off the chain, today!"

Ahhhh...I am imagining a most delightful pool to splash into.

after not hearing from daughter (for day or so, at a time when we expected to be 'in touch,') heard from her ?Sunday?, 'want to see you, will let you know,' NOTHING yesterday, 'will let you know' earlier today; NOTHING!

3. Not sure that it will work since you have MS,

but the numbness in my hands gets eradicated by a daily dose of B12 sub-lingual 2000 mcg. If I can't find those, I do the 5000 mcg. Works like a charm for me and my friends.

Studies say B6 works, but I have had better luck with B-12. A vitamin that has all the B's along with it also seems to help. YMMV. I only do this when it flares up. Works every time for me for the last 20 years.

I used to scream if you even brushed up against my wrist and drop whatever was in my hand from the pain. Rarely have any trouble now.

Finally got back to what passes for normal during Merc retrograde today.

Yesterday, I just wrote all progress off, took an allergy med and went to bed for 10 hours. First decent sleep I've had all week. Much nicer now. I took the explosive warning label off myself.
