We should be able to say: "God forgive them for they know not what they do."

As part of winning a war.

I hope the Ukrainians form a group like the Israelis did after WWII, hunting down the most heinous
war criminals, bringing them to trial.

But this is not to mean that the world system of justice cannot mete punishment that is warranted for such vicious atrocities received by the Ukrainians.
