I took care of the issue that was troubling me. It was resolved. I went to the nearby retail store. The rep. there listened attentively to my account of what's been going on since September. He confirmed that my account has been corrected. At least I made direct one on one contact in person and not chats and phone convos which were conflicting.

Thanks be. It appears straightened out plus I had a lovely exchange with someone local.
