Bereavement
Related: About this forumCan it just stop now?
My brother in law, husband's youngest brother age 58 died on Wednesday the 28th 2017. He had Frontal Temporal Lobe Dementia.
My Dad's memorial is on Tuesday in Canada, so I'm leaving Sunday to get there and then come home quickly for a memorial for my brother in law.
This has to stop.
I have no more tears.
Only fears.
Rest in Peace Richard. We will miss you.
This is why I walk to end Alzheimer's Disease.
If anyone wants the link to my personal fundraising page for the walk, just message me please.
thank you.

(11,500 posts)It is not easy. In both of my losses the person had been ill for a long time and had many close calls. So, in a way I feel like the sword hanging over my head has finally dropped and I survived. My worse fears have happened, and it is hell, but not a pending doom hanging above me anymore. So, in a way there is less worry.
