Five years ago today my Grandpa passed.

I miss him but I'm sure glad he's not here to see what an obscene hollow shell of a place this country has become since 2016.

actually what i think is: "oh my god! this would kill them!"
or "my mom would die!"
or "my dad wouldn't believe this!"

my parents loved this country. they were lifelong dems.
my dad died a long-long time ago.
my mom was so repulsed by bush she couldn't stand to see him on the tv news. she made a move for the clicker to change the channel every time he showed up in clips on various news shows.

trump would kill her.

i admit i take after my mom. every time that imbecile comes on the tv i reach for the clicker and turn him the fuck off.

condolences about your grandpa.
