Dad went in February, mom chose to cross over in May.

(3,998 posts)I'm missing my dad, mom, and only sister. I have a brother left. Dad died in '87, mom and sis in 2010 just two months apart. I still feel so broken. I know we must just live in the moment, but it is so hard sometimes...

(28,791 posts)I lost Gramma (Dad's Mom) and my Mom last year, and helped both of them pass over. Hated every minute of it, but I'm so glad I could be there for them.
My advice to anyone is to contact Hospice as soon as possible. They helped with Gram and taught me so much that I was able to teach and support the rest of the family when Mom passed just a few months later.

(3,998 posts)I had hospice for all three. A good friend of mine is now on hospice, too. I'm so sorry for your losses. Wishing you good health and strength.
