You got to be impressed that this guy might be one of the few who wont be dirt poor in a few years like so many other winners. Clearly, hes going to manage better.

Not sure about SD but several friends up in Idaho/Montana talk about many of the big high value farms out there have houses that aren't over the top opulent like you would see in a 37million Long Island home (on 2.4 acres).
Don't really know - none of my bazillionaire friends invite me to their places...lol...but it makes sense.

The value must be in the land, livestock, outbuildings.

but rather of the bar in the rec room (of the guest quarters?).
