Davison County auditor submits resignation, citing verbal attack on herself and her staff.

In January 2024, Davison Auditor Susan Kiepke wrote a column that was published in the Nat'l Association of Counties on harassment the rural county auditors face on elections.

"I hate that elections have gotten so negative." I used to look forward to them. They were fun and people were happy. Now people come to my office and verbally attack myselft and my staff."

The weirdos in South Dakota are harassing Kiepke, who seems like a nice older lady, in office since 2007. Harassing staff.

So much bullying, threatening safety, that she seems to be stepping aside because of it.

This is another way the R's meddle in elections. Assholes picking on a competent female my age.

Here is another story that does not appear to be behind a paywall.

“I used to have more precincts with five poll workers at each precinct. I have cut down on precincts, polling places and now only have three poll workers at each precinct, primarily due to security concerns,” Kiepke said in a column published earlier this year for the National Association of Counties (NACo).

Fewer precincts due to threats. Fewer places for voters to vote.

I think S. Dakota still offers vote by mail. But fascists have their conspiracies around that too.
