Why can't I see OPs posted in "Editorials & Articles" on the home page?

Usually I can see new OPs posted in "Editorials & Other Articles" show up on the home page, under one of the "New in (x) Forums" sections.This morning I'm not seeing them.

I first noticed the absence with this post:

but, I noticed the same behavior when I subsequently tried a "test" post.

I viewed the home page when logged off, to see if it was something in my account settings, but it appears the same.

1. I think that would be because

we recently (just over a week ago) moved Editorials & Other Articles from the "Issues" category back to the "Main" category, per requests from many users of that forum. That means it will no longer show up in the "Issues" thread listings.
